Experience life in the African bush while contributing to conservation efforts of Africa's fierce predators - lions and leopards! Participate in research and monitoring of these intriguing wild cats to better understand their behaviors and how we can help ensure their futures in the area.

About the Project

This game reserve aims to provide a safe and natural environment for numerous endangered species. Unfortunately, due to hunting and poaching, many of Africa's wild creatures have seen dramatic drops in their population recently. The conservation efforts here take place to protect these beautiful animals from the detrimental consequences of this human behavior, and to study animal behavior in a natural environment to better understand how we can help them thrive in the future. The research is aimed at understanding the reproductive, territorial, hunting, and social behaviors of the lions and leopard populations. Strict monitoring and tracking is employed to gather data for a better understanding of the animals.
