We are a passionate advocate for children’s education, addressing gender inequality, and ultimately the mission of More Than Me. We know that many middle school and high school students across the United States are equally passionate. As a result, this year we are introducing the More Than Me Youth Fellowship. This program will provide an opportunity for students to truly affect meaningful change in the lives of students like them. As More Than Me Fellows, students will be able to interact with some of the most motivated individuals advocating for children’s education. Students will have the opportunity to join a community of people who are excited about resolving the same problems and reaching common goals.
This program allows students to gain experience in inspiring people and grow their leadership and project management skills, but above all they will have transformed the lives of children in Liberia for the better. Each fellow will have 6 months to raise a contribution for the nonprofit based on their own selected goal, through events, campaigns and relationships. To support them in this endeavor, More Than Me will provide several resources, a training day and opportunities for the fellows to learn from members on the More Than Me team. If you could please share this with students who you think may be interested in this role, that would be terrific (students can click the link below to apply).
