Are you certified in American Sign Language?

Over 90 percent of the American Red Cross workforce consists of volunteers, and we are always searching for talented new volunteers interested in helping others in their time of need.

We are currently searching for certified American Sign Language interpreters that would like to become Red Cross volunteers to provide services for our volunteers and/or clients.

The Southern Tier Chapter in Endicott has a disaster services volunteer that is hearing impaired and could use some support. We are looking for volunteer interpreters that would be able to assist this volunteer during scheduled training classes, meetings, events, etc.

We could also use volunteers on our disability integration team that are willing to assist during local disaster operations, and/or deploy to assist during national-level or international disaster operations.
