Description

We are looking for volunteers who are interested in working closely with the local community, students and indigenous children from Zacapoaxtla, Puebla. Volunteers will develop various workshops and activities. The goal of this project is to share culture with indigenous children and youngsters, to give them life skills and tools for achieving better quality of life, to promote respect, mutual learning and growth.Volunteers, together with university students of Puebla, will organize workshops of crafts, recycling, ornamental and botanical gardening, dance, painting, elaboration of international dishes. You will also help in the construction of gardens, help in cleaning activities and maintenance of the houses of the indigenous children and put in practice cultural exchange through dance and language workshops.

This project is the perfect opportunity to learn Spanish and some indigenous languages!
