Our Honeycomb events rarely have an age minimum! You can count on us to make making a difference fun and meaningful for everyone in your family.
We're on a mission to engage, mobilize and inspire kids and their families to strengthen Chicago’s communities through public service - while learning first-hand about important social issues. Since 2011, nearly 10,000 volunteers have participated in Honeycomb programs to build trails and gardens; prepare meals at local shelters, build school libraries, clean city beaches and more.

Please visit our website (www.thehoneycombproject.org) to see our project calendar so you can get an idea for the types of opportunities we have on a monthly basis. You will need to register in order to participate for our events. Our event registration for each event opens at 9:00AM on the 15th of the month prior to the event. You can register via the online calendar and on our website's "Get Involved" page. We encourage you to mark the date in your calendar as projects fill up quickly!
