To spread the word in the community to allow more volunteer groups and individuals the opportunity to discover what Crisis Control Ministry does for the community.
A Crisis Control Ministry Community Ambassador will tell the Crisis Control Ministry story to congregations, civic groups, schools, and colleges.
An ambassador would attend events that could include community or college volunteer fairs, as well as church or civic presentations. The volunteer would represent the ministry in a knowledgeable, professional, and friendly way. He/She would answer questions; provide general ministry information, and share volunteer opportunities.
To provide information and tours for groups and individuals during and after regular CCM hours, Handing out brochures and other printed material, answering questions, and offering a friendly, encouraging, and welcoming environment.
