Description

Do you want to help victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking?


Summit Advocates for Victims of Assault is seeking Crisis Hotline Volunteers:

Help manage our 24/7 hotline to connect victims with support and safety


Ideal candidates are:

Reliable

Empathetic listeners

Can pass a background check


Shifts available:

o Weeknights: 5pm-8am,

o Weekend / holidays: 8am-8pm.


Must be able to stay in Summit County during shifts you sign up for.


Time commitment: 3-5 shifts per month.


We are flexible! And will work to accommodate you. Seasonal volunteers welcome. All on-call and outreach/prevention volunteers must pass a background check!


Our annual training begins

Monday, February 12

5:30 pm - 8:30pm

weekly for 6 weeks
