Arboretum Planting

Great Corporate Group Opportunity!

 

Volunteer with Heartland Tree Alliance to plant trees in Essex Park, Kansas City Missouri. You will be helping to plant 20 different tree species and installing signage to create an arboretum with trees that attract pollinators! Bonus: All volunteers will receive a reusable branded “Bridging The Gap” shopping bag, and a KIND granola bar, courtesy of Cargill Cares!

 

No prior tree planting experience is necessary. Tools and equipment will be provided. Min age: 14, with adult supervision. Ages 14 – 16 must be accompanied by an adult, volunteering alongside them. Volunteers less than 18 must have parental co-signature on waiver.
