Website Experience Advisor


POSITION OVERVIEW

Our Volunteer Engagement team is looking for experienced professionally to advise us on how to improve out volunteer webpages to maximize our volunteer experience.

TIME COMMITMENT

Volunteers are asked to advise us on a short-term basis, meeting virtually 1 to 2 times per week for 4-6 weeks.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Volunteers are asked to review the current content on the volunteer section of the Arthritis Society webpages and advise the Volunteer Engagement team on what changes or additions can be made to optimize the consumer experience when visiting these pages.


DESIRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

§ Experience or education with website and webpage design and content development

§ Able to advise on online consumer experience optimization

§ Willingness to undertake training appropriate to the role, and learn about arthritis and the Arthritis Society

§ Ability to work effectively with staff and other volunteers


MAJOR CONTACTS

Volunteers in the role will be working directly with the National Volunteer Engagement staff team

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

This is a remote volunteer position, all engagements will be conducted in a virtual space
