Description

Our mission at Project Management for Change is to unleash the boundless potential of the PM profession to empower and transform communities around the world. We do this through pro-bono support by professional project managers of non-profit organizations’ most pressing world-changing initiatives. This pro-bono support is provided at our signature "Project Management Day of Service" events around the world, and also on a continuous basis to help focus on the right projects, and to help see those projects through to completion


You will be joining a high performing team within a nonprofit, recognized for being proactive and evolving in a challenging community to support their career.


Preferred skills (not required):

  • Familiar with the Agile Process
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Driver for measurable results to be successful
  • Self-motivated and self-driven with minimal oversight
  • JIRA Administrator Experience 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up custom groups and re-organizing Users
  • Setting up custom workflows for projects
  • Setting up custom permissions for projects
  • Customizing project setup and board configurations
  • Mobilizing new service desks to support organizational transformation in communications
  • Support addon management
