Description

Guests will join us for an in depth look at the ingenuity of the world created by America’s First Peoples, 15,000 years ago. Combining modern science with Native knowledge, the series shines a spotlight on these ancient cultures and the communities that still thrive today. Made with the active participation of Native American communities and filmed in some of the most spectacular locations in the hemisphere, Native America illuminates the splendor of a past whose story has for too long remained untold. We’ll screen one segment from this four-part series and then guests will be joined by Gary Glassman, the Executive Producer and Director of Native America for a conversation about the science, scholarship and traditions explored in the series.
