More Art, a NYC based public arts non-profit, is looking for volunteers to help us with an exciting, innovative public art project "NIGHT WATCH".
Learn more about the project here: http://moreart.org/projects/night-watch/
Night Watch will be projected on a LED screen mounted on a barge, and will be viewable from 6PM to 10PM for eight days starting Thursday, September 20 until Thursday, September 27, during the 73rd United Nations General Assembly.
Volunteers should be interested in engaging with guests and be comfortable talking to the public about our project and our organization. Walking along the shores, volunteers will be asked to help introduce our project “NIGHT WATCH” to public, as well as show public the QR Code which links to our project website. It is a great opportunity for public and volunteers to see the film in a close distance and engage in the project.
Those with a passion for visual art, social justice, film, and social media are highly encouraged to connect with us. Volunteering is an awesome way to get involved with More Art’s art projects that take place in public spaces across NYC. Bilingual volunteers welcome!
