Hand Up Health Services is a Syringe Service Program in the Seacoast of New Hampshire. Hand Up seeks volunteers to assist in weekly scheduled and/or as-needed outreach to people in southeastern New Hampshire. Volunteers will be trained to provide safer-use education, naloxone, linkage to other health services, sterile injection supplies, and safe collection of injection supplies. Join our growing effort to reduce the harms associated with drug use by meeting People Who Use Drugs ‘where they’re at.’

Join us as you are able in scheduled weekly outreach (evenings) and join our Committee, which meets the 1st Tuesday of each month, 6:00pm-8:00pm in Dover. Email us to schedule a call or meeting to discuss Hand Up and our mission.
