Interlock Media, Inc.

 

We are currently in production of two progressive, independent documentaries and are looking for volunteers with a background in audio engineering and film soundtracks.

 

Schedule : Minimum of 25 hr/wk, full time (40 hr/wk) preferred

Compensation : Unpaid/Apprentice

Location : Convenient to public transportation and Kendall Square

Job Type : Volunteer; non-profit. 4-month commitment at minimum

 

 

Experience:

Applicants should have solid soundtrack design/audio engineering/composing experience, and be proficient in ProTools, Audition or other audio programs. The films will feature ethnic/world music, period music, and elaborate sound-effects reconstruction. An undergraduate or graduate degree in sound design/audio engineering or in film/media is a plus.

 

We require excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude. Applicants should possess the ability to work independently and in a team, remain flexible, and take initiative in a resource-limited environment.

 

On our part, we are dedicated to your hands-on training and participation from day one.
