Description

The Tiffany Education Center at Arlington Street Church is looking for volunteers to assist us this summer season as we open our doors to tourists and visitors. Arlington Street Church houses one of the most unique and incredible collections of Tiffany stained glass windows and will be open May-October for tours and events. We are recruiting friendly individuals to help us meet our growing visitor base and help support the expansion of our tour programs.

Volunteer Greeters will sit and oversee the welcome table, greet visitors as they enter the church, help them decide which tour to take, and process their donations. No experience necessary, minimal training involved. Friendly faces and a positive attitude desired.

With a direct view of the Boston Public Garden, the option to read or work on your own projects in your down time, and flexible scheduling, this is a great volunteer opportunity for those looking to gain experience in the fields of art and public history, or those looking to spend their time among beautiful art and architecture.

Hours of operation are Sundays 1-4pm. Mondays-Saturdays 10am-3pm, closed Tuesdays. Scheduling is flexible and shifts are 2.5-5 hours long.
