The Administrative Assistant shall keep the paperwork and records of the Organization in appropriate books and files. Responsible for keeping documents up to date as required for position.
(a) Official custodian of the paperwork and records of the Organization.
(b) Attend to all correspondence of the Organization and exercise all duties to the office of Admin Assist.
(c) Compile information on donations, grants, sponsorships, and partners to share with Clerk.
(d) Consult with/report all official findings to Clerk.
(e) Writes notes and seek consultation with Clerk.
(f) Consult with other offices as needed.
(g) Coordinate with Clerk on a constant basis.
(h) Discuss, analyze, edit note and ensure relevant information is done accordingly.
