Description

This project is in partnership with the International Program of Faculty of Economic and Business at the University of Purwokerto. The University Campus is surrounded by the beautiful scenery of Mount Slamet and Serayu River, creating a most pleasant and comfortable environment for living and studying.


The International Program has 4 main majors in International Business, Accounting, Economics and Management. The International Program Office is really eager to develop international atmosphere in the campus as they receive many international students from various countries. English is the language for communication among the students and professors. The presence of international volunteers is appreciated by the university community and is expected to motivate the university students to actively use their foreign language. Furthermore, interaction between the students and volunteers can enhance their cultural knowledge and experience.


The volunteers will have a chance to join the classes with other students as well as to experience the life of university students in Indonesia. The volunteers will be also working with and helping the local staff.

Special requirements: Open minded; flexible; eager to share his/her experience with the local and other international students.


The volunteer placement is available only from March to June and from September to December. Maximum duration 58 days.
