Description

A program lead is needed for the Nature Rangers program at Glasgow Park in the Fall.

The program lead should have knowledge and enjoy teaching about nature. Ideally some experience as a nature educator or life science degree but is not essential. Experience working with young children would be preferred.

The nature rangers program is for 5 to 7 year old children. These are 3, one hour sessions per week starting 10/6 to 10/20 from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m.

Children learn about nature, plants, wildlife and ways to keep the environment and themselves healthy. The children will also explore the park. If the children complete all 3 sessions, they will earn a Nature Ranger badge.
