The mission of this project is to work against climate change and encourage local children and youngsters to participate in environmental protection activities, applying techniques for organic composting and vermicomposting as well as techniques for the separation of solid wastes and to participate in the reforestation of degraded areas, contributing to the mitigation of the effects caused by climate change.As an international volunteer, you will be in charge of providing workshops on environmental education, will help to carry out practices on eco technology, will learn from local experts and will also share successful stories from your country about environmental education, urban solid waste management, alternative energies and eco techniques.

Volunteers will also encourage cultural exchange with students through English speaking clubs.

If you want to share your knowledge about environmental practices, have fun and make many new friends, this project is right for you.

Special requirements: The project is open for volunteers who are interested in environmental issues and a diverse range of activities, who are active and enjoy sharing culture and making new friends. Participants must be motivated to be active and to work indoors and outdoors.
