Description

Uganda Youth and Women’s Effort Fighting AIDS opened its education centre in Kazo with the intention of providing free and discounted education to the most children in the community and provide a place for households to receive training on how they can generate an income. The centre was started on land rented by the local lady and has been run and funded by the community and international volunteers for the past two years . At present the center is running from nursery to primary seven from 2yrs to 16 yrs . The poor education system in Uganda which train people to be job seekers than creators has forced us to introduce computer training on our school so as these young children can have the opportunity to grow up with technology Skills in future so as they can became resourceful citizen of the country and to make a very big change on the education system of Uganda.

Very few people in our community have the computer knowledge so having an international person with computer skills will be of a great impact.

We need volunteers and expect to teach the introduction to computer package and others packages to our students and our staff members
