Climate Emergency Administrator

The Climate Emergency Administrator will assist in managing correspondence, distributing information and educational materials and assisting new organizers and affiliated groups in developing a Climate Mobilization chapter or coalition.

Responsibilities:

   • Support the Climate Emergency team with administrative duties

   • Hold 1 on 1 relationship building meetings with prospective organizers

   • Onboard prospective organizers, ensuring they have a strong understanding of The Climate Mobilization’s story, strategy, structure and platform

Qualifications:

   • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

   • Motivated, energetic self-starter with an engaging personality

   • Preferred but not required: Past human services or nonprofit experience, and/or organizing experience in a volunteer-run grassroots organization or political campaign
