Leave UR Mark is looking for volunteers to help out at the Deaf Society in Bangalore, India for a minimum stay of 1 month to a maximum of 3 months. This is a great opportunity for people who have never been to India before to immerse themselves in the local culture, learn about hearing impairments and how Indian society deals with them, as well as do something meaningful abroad. You don't need to know sign language in order to volunteer. The deaf society would appreciate your love, energy, and time given to the children. The Institute for the deaf consists of around 200 children with various hearing impairments.

Main Duties
-Conduct English classes to groups of 15 children
-Assist sign language teachers in classroom supervision
-Help create skits and plays to engage children and allow them to interact with each other
-Create visual based exercises for education through art and play
-Dance classes
-Fundraising and Deaf awareness projects
-If you know sign language, you can help with interpreting
Requirements:
1. Must be able to commit to 1 month
2. Must be 18 years and older
3. Must be dedicated and reliable to go to work on a daily basis (9 am to 3 pm)

Leave UR Mark charges a $595(+tax) placement fee to help you with pre-departure support, guidance on visas, health and safety and training as well as airport pickup, on arrival orientation, welcome lunch, and supervision for the duration of your trip.
