Description

Lambert House LGBT youth center seeks adult volunteers age 23 & older (24 or older for previous youth). We provide a number of services directly to queer youth, 22 years of age and younger, mostly through our dedicated volunteer group.

Drop-In Center volunteers help Lambert House create and maintain an environment of inclusion and safety for all youth. They develop meaningful, trusting relationships with youth, provide referral to services inside and outside of the organization, and enforce Lambert House policies.

Services include:

- Drop-in center (M-F, 4:00-9:30pm, closed on holidays and posted breaks)

- David Bohnett CyberCenter

- Dinner With Divas Group (home-cooked meal; M-F, 6:00pm)

- Referral to queer-friendly youth & young adult homeless services

- Art Nights every other week with the Artist-in-Residence

- Game Night
