Job description

We receive in-kind donations of computers, laptops and other materials from organizations and individuals. We, in turn, donate most of them to our partner organizations in Africa. We sell the remainder on eBay to raise money for our Africa programs. The eBay Administrator will receive materials, list them on eBay and ship sold items to buyers. The eBay Administrator will monitor listed items, document and catalog the listings in an Excel spreadsheet.


  • Experience selling and buying on eBay
  • At least an intermediate Excel user
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Background in education is a plus


  • Must be located in Central/Eastern Massachusetts.
  • Willing to travel to West Boylston, MA once in a while to pick up materials for eBay listing.

Time Commitment

A few hours a month.

This is a volunteer position. There will be no financial compensation. Our organization is 100% volunteer run.
