Description

Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Volunteers create a warm and welcoming environment for guests, while assisting staff with check-ins, check-outs, answering phone calls and providing guest support.


Time Commitment: Shifts are three hours long, and we have opportunities 7 days a week. We ask for a one year commitment


Qualifications: Excellent people skills, organized, good at multi-tasking, basic computer skills, comfortable answering phones and working independently


Support/Training: General volunteer orientation/training; extensive training on front desk systems; ongoing support from House staff


Minimum Age Requirement: 18


Certifications/Licenses/Screening Required: Background check


Benefits: Being an integral part of the RMHC team, working closely with staff and other volunteers to serve our guests; gaining knowledge of the workings of RMHC, and administrative/hospitality experience. Also:
