The Transformational Recovery (TR) Program Coordinator will support Shakti Rising's Transformational Recovery program through the optimization of program services, enabling seamless delivery of Shakti Rising's therapeutic recovery model for women ages 15-30.

Volunteer will provide support through securing class calendars and coordinating facilitators. Responsible for basic marketing materials/outreach. Assist in data entry, processing, and contact management. Working with systems and business side of recovery program

Length of Expected Term: 6 months to one year
Time Commitment: 6-10 hours/week.
Required Qualifications: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
Good time management & good project management
Works well under pressure
Ability to cultivate relationships with others
Organized and detail oriented
Characteristically self-motivated, personable and professional
Interpersonal skills including tact and discretion, and emotional literacy.
Understanding of addiction
Strong therapeutic presence
Also, due to the sensitivity of the women’s recoveries, we require the position to be filled by a woman.
Prefered Qualifications: Experience in marketing; project management support. Prior experience in the mental health industry is preferred. Passion for women's healing and desire to be a part of a social change movement.
