Promote and support youth entrepreneurship in Togo

Although the Togolese government implemented support programs to promote youth entrepreneurships, many local firms still struggle being not profitable nor sustainable. This project consists of consulting ten local micro-enterprises. After having observed and analyzed the organizational structure and the work of the young people carrying these ventures and, the project will try to offer solutions and new approaches to the experiences difficulties. This project is a platform to share experiences in youth entrepreneurships. The aim of this project is to contribute to the promotion of the youth micro-projects by giving them the tools they need to effectively manage their enterprises.

Project tasks:

- Identification of ten (10) micro-enterprises carried by young people in the municipality of Kpalimé that are struggling;

- Carry out an organizational diagnosis in the selected enterprises;

- Reproduce the results of the achieved diagnosis;

- Organize the workshops of exchange and presentation of the management tools;

- Promote cultural exchanges between the participants and volunteers;
