The following are the duties of the Owner Intake Facilitator:
- Meet owner surrendering and intake their hound at our vet facilities in Lake Forest or Mission Viejo.
- Collect medical records, owner release forms, donations (money and pet items) as needed. Give medical records to vet techs for copying. Follow up by retrieving the documents and mailing to the Medical Records Coordinator. Email owner intake to Intake Coordinator. Mail any monetary donations to Treasurer. Coordinate the delivery of any pet items.
- Take a photograph of the hound (if possible).
This is an Associate Executive Committee position. While you are welcome participate if you wish, it is not mandatory to attend quarterly board meetings. All Committee members are encouraged to support the organization by volunteering at Spring Games held annually each June.
