- Volunteer Opportunity posted by National Association for Urban Debate Leagues
A few hours per month
Long-Term (6 months-1 year)
200 S. Michigan Ave.
As the national leader of the urban debate movement, NAUDL works with its partner leagues to provide debate programming to urban middle and high school students. Our vision is that all urban youth graduate from high school prepared to succeed in college and their careers and to contribute to their communities.
The Young Professionals Board’s objective is to support the overall mission and activities of NAUDL by acting as ambassadors of the organization and providing talent and leadership to raise funds to support the important work NAUDL is doing.
Board Members have the opportunity to network and engage with former debaters and the National Board; expand their network and influence; gain exposure to non-profit board leadership and infrastructure; learn and build upon skills in non-profit fundraising and development; and have the opportunity to volunteer at a local league.
