Volunteer with Kansas City WildLands and help us restore Maple Woods Natural Area! We’ll focus on hand-pulling and bagging invasive exotic garlic mustard and shrub honeysuckle seedlings while enjoying the outstanding spring beauty of this Kansas City remnant forest. These efforts are crucial to helping native flowers and seedling trees continue to flourish in this state-designated natural area.

All volunteers must register online in advance. Immediately after registering, you will get an auto-email with more info.   Please contact Linda at 816-561-1089, linda@bridgingthegap.org if you have a group so we can ensure there is space for the entire group to participate.

We apologize that we are not able to offer or sign off on court-mandated community service or disciplinary service.
