Description

Women's Crisis Center in Northern Kentucky seeks dedicated, reliable, and compassionate volunteers to be trained as hospital advocates. Women's Crisis Center is proud of its hospital advocacy program, who carefully-trained and screened representatives respond to local emergency departments on an on-call basis to provide support, advocacy, and information to women who have experienced domestic violence, rape, or sexual abuse.

Our innovative, empowerment-focused model emphasizes inter-organizational collaboration and the capacity of individual volunteers to make a tangible difference in direct client service. Do you share our conviction that every survivor of domestic violence, rape, or sexual abuse deserves support and advocacy? Then join our robust and diverse team of hospital advocates!
