An educational non-profit organization, naisA Global, dedicated to promoting diversity and helping young talented Asian professionals unlock their potential to become great leaders.

We are seeking people with one of the following qualifications or skills in Communications, Digital Marketing, IT/Website Development, Writing/Editing, Events Planning, Fundraising, and/or Research.

This is an opportunity in a quickly growing non-profit organization, providing responsibilities and valuable networking opportunities in a global setting. Our headquarters are located in downtown Washington, D.C. between the White House and the US Capitol, a thriving center for business, politics, and culture. *Marketing/Communications and Research Responsibilities*

The ideal person for this will assist our team for the following: 

  • Creating, implementing and measuring the success of comprehensive marketing, our communications and public relations program that will enhance the organization's image and position within the marketplace and the public.
  • Facilitate external communications via organization marketing, communications and public relations activities, overseeing materials including publications, media relations and website.
  • Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all organization's publications, print and electronic materials.
  • Coordinate media interest in the organization and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests.
  • Monitor trends, conduct market research, organize campaigns to generate brand awareness.
  • Establish and manage online and social media presence.
  • Oversee marketing, communication and PR budgets and financial objectives.


  • Experience in traditional as well as digital marketing activities, including social media
  • Strong analytical and creative abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English

*Fundraising and Public Affairs Responsibilities*

The ideal person for this will assist our team for the following: 

  • Developing strategies and setting goals to hit fundraising target
  • Finding people, organizations and corporations to donate money
  • Keeping in touch with existing donors and stakeholders
  • Budgeting incoming and outgoing money
  • Writing proposals that could attract money, including applications for grants
  • Preparing and giving presentations
  • Overseeing fundraising events and campaigns
  • Liaising with the rest of the team, in particular Directors of Marketing and Public Relation


  • Excellent interpersonal skills including ability to build relationships internally and externally
  • High level personal contacts and connections with potential major and supporters (desirable)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong command of written and spoken English
  • Budget forecasting and monitoring experience
  • Relevant experience in fundraising and public affairs (desirable)


*IT/Website Development Responsibilities*

The ideal person for this will assist our team for the following:

  • Coordinate with teams to utilize technology to improve communication
  • Contribute in improving functionality and profitability for computer systems
  • Build an inspiring and prestigious web site with beautiful, clean web pages, and smooth modern interactions
  • Write clean code, Manage CMS (WordPress) and CSS coding
  • Work with our small web team to build a vision for a world class website and executing on the vision


  • WordPress Frontend & Backend experience and fluency.
  • Having experience working in CSS, HTML, PHP, and JavaScript.
  • Converting conversations into plans, and plans into production web experiences.
  • Understanding how computers and software can increase efficiency.
  • Possessing skills in analyzing, formulating, troubleshooting, and synthesizing.
