Are you or anyone you know looking for community service hours? We have a great opportunity for you!

JDRF One Walk has one goal: to create a world without Type 1 Diabetes (T1D). We know you want to make a cure a reality too - and we can't wait for you to join us!

Volunteering at the Walk is a fun and rewarding experience and will allow you to interact with thousands of walkers. Volunteers are needed to help with a variety of tasks on Walk Day. We are looking for individuals to help with set-up, registration, food & beverages, activities, the walk route and clean up.

See below for event details.

Date: Sunday, June 2nd

Time: Arrive by 7AM and leave by 1PM

Location: The Washington Monument Grounds

Near the corner of 17th St & Constitution Ave NW, Washington, DC

Ages: Volunteers must be 18 or older if a parent is not joining them as a volunteer.

Parking: Constitution is now metered with a 3-hour limit and you must move your car after the 3-hour limit. There is free street parking on Ohio Drive and paid parking in nearby garages – We suggest doing a quick Google search beforehand.

**NOTE: Metro does not open until 8AM so volunteers will not be able to take the Metro. Walkers will arrive via Metro to the Smithsonian, Federal Triangle, or Metro Center stations.

THANK YOU in advance for helping us turn TYPE ONE INTO TYPE NONE!!!
