Community Trustbuilding Fellowship: Applications Accepted Through October 1st

United States

Join our 2019 cohort of Community Trustbuilding Fellows!

Applications are accepted until October 1st 2018 for admission to the Community Trustbuilding Fellowship (CTF), a multisector network of change agents working to overcome divisions of social identity through Initiatives of Change in Richmond, Virginia. Fellows connect by exploring personal responsibility, honest conversation, social transformation and reconciliation as processes for building new relationships that promote racial healing and unite deeply divided communities.

Through experiential learning methods that challenge and stretch fellows intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually, CTF equips fellows with practical tools of facilitation and dialogue to connect personal change with change in society. This transformational and intensive program takes place during five residential weekends from January - May 2019 and is committed to engaging people of all different views as potential allies in order to heal historic and contemporary wounds and construct racially equitable and just communities.
