Description

Lab mentors are volunteers who are needed to work with students who visit our labs and in classrooms during the school year. Mentors coach and guide students as they work through science experiments for the purpose of inspiring, motivating and educating students to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) subjects. We provide full training so you will feel confident and make an impact on a child's life right away. Its a great way to give back and support STEM education in New Jersey. It's also a great way to network, influence students to chose a STEM learning and career pathway, and brighten a child's day! All you have to do is be willing to share your dreams and pathways for reaching your career goals. Learn more by visiting our web site: www.students2science.org or by calling Cyndi Roberson, Director of Corporate Relations, at (973) 947-4880 ext. 516.
