Description

Mission Graduates' Extended Day Program (EDP) is an after-school and summer program that focuses on positive youth development . The EDP serves over 600children across four elementary school sites, spanning K-5th grades.

Volunteers spend time with our elementary school students and develop meaningful relationships. Each day, you would help students with their class work, participate in our themed-lessons and academic enrichment activities and support our Classroom Coordinators with daily lesson plans.

Our students receive targeted academic interventions and get to explore their interests in various electives, including cooking, science club, dance, recreation, STEM club, and more. Jump in and join us in our dynamic summer program!

The Extended Day Program runs Monday-Friday from 2-6pm (times vary by site). If you can volunteer at least once a week for two hours, this is a wonderful way to support students in their summer learning.
