We are pleased to announce that Eyes On Refugees is growing, We are in position to receive generous grants for operational expenses, projects and other applicable smaller grants.

Eyes On Refugees is looking for a candidate with a strong passion for the refugee crisis, excellent expertise in CEO leadership and execution of tasks while working with the Board and operating within the By-Laws that govern Eyes On Refugees and grant guidelines.

We are 501c3 that is committed to maintaining the dignity and safety of refugees that have fled war and are now in unsafe situations right here in MA.

We identified a gap that happens around the 4th month of refugees being in the U.S. and from there we started a pilot program with a model that empowers a motivated family to be guided to independence in 6-12months. ESL stays on until there is mastery of the English language.

The right candidate would be positioned to succeed the Founder and run the organization to its full capacity.

The CEO will stay true to the mission of Eyes On Refugees but would have full power with the help of the board to implement and execute programs.The Founder would hold a seat on the board.

This has a significant time commitment and the right person would be able to maintain a balance of bringing Eyes On Refugees to its full potential while being financially sound or the candidate may also be able to work their current job until a salary can be gained once Eyes On Refugees is taken to the next level of growth.

This is a start up not for profit that needs the right person to take it to the next level. The hours are flexible and on your own schedule. We are all volunteers in this organization and we do what we can, when we can.


The time commitment is what you can offer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with the right skill set to drive something in a direction to help those who fled war and are now living in Massachusetts.
