Position: Film Editor/Videographer
Interlock Media, Inc.
Seeking an Editor/Videographer to work closely, and train with, our Senior Editors and the Director in all aspects of post-production on a highly produced international public television documentary.
Applicant should possess the ability to work independently, excel under deadlines, remain flexible and take initiative in a resource-limited environment.
Schedule : Minimum of 25 hr/wk, full time (40 hr/wk) preferred
Compensation : Unpaid/Apprentice
Location : Convenient to public transportation and Kendall Square
Job Type : Volunteer; non-profit. 3-month commitment at minimum
Experience:
Applicants must have formal training/experience on NLEs. Knowledge of Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects or compositing programs and long-format workflow is a plus. Strong story building skills, well-developed scene-edit abilities, and a solid comfort level with contemporary hardware and editing software are required.
