How you’ll make an impact


WGLI is seeking a Marketing Project Manager who will manage multiple marketing projects and have responsibility for marketing deliverables across the marketing team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining WGLI’s overall content calendar as well as write content on a regular basis.


What you will do


Marketing team:

  • Project manage all marketing projects and coordinate across individuals and teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and gather and analyze data (e.g. web traffic and rankings)
  • Create reports on marketing metrics, like conversion rates
  • Assist with organizing events as needed
  • Coordinate with designers and content writers to ensure our marketing content calendar is running on schedule
  • Organize monthly marketing check-in meetings
  • Follow-up with individuals to check on project status regularly
  • Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
  • Monitor competitors’ marketing activities


You have these skills


  • An understanding of women leaders and motivations behind them (or the ability to research and come up to speed in this category)
  • Preferable work experience in Marketing or similar role
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
  • Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, web analytics and Google Adwords
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Goal-oriented attitude
  • Project management experience a plus
  • Great research, organizational, and learning skills
  • High comprehension of software like Microsoft Word and Google Docs
  • Familiarity with keyword placement and other SEO best practices (to incorporate appropriate language in content)
  • An understanding of formatting articles on the web
