Description

1-  Electromechanical & assembling background and be able to teach in classroom

2-  Establish partnership with manufacturing companies and to bring employment eligibility requirements of those companies into the EMAT classroom

3-  Follow up with individual employment plan (IEP) and updating clients’ files

4- Intermediate to higher level of math skills

5-  Ability to learn fast and computer literate (MS-Office Suite) and data entry skills

well communication skills both written and spoken

6- Work with several students to provide assistance in Electromechanical & assembling training

7- Provide positive feedback on student's progress and encourage students' continued focus on achieving EMAT certification
