Since our founding in 1995, FCCO has spayed/neutered and vaccinated more than 86,000 cats in Oregon and southwest Washington. We are supported primarily through community donations and have almost 200 active volunteers. FCCO's donation-based services are targeted for feral or stray cats who have caregivers feeding them. The caregivers trap the cats, bring them to a clinic, and return the cats to where they are being fed with a commitment to feed the cat(s) on an ongoing basis. As of spring 2016, FCCO also provides low-cost services for pet cats too! Learn more at feralcats.com
