CASH (Creating Assets, Savings and Hope) Oregon is a non profit organization committed to improving the financial health of low and moderate income individuals and families in Oregon.


Come join our wonderful and dedicated volunteers to provide free, high quality tax preparation service. No experience necessary, only the desire to help. 


We provide IRS-certified training, designed to be flexible to accommodate all schedules. Register now, attend orientation in November, train in Dec - Jan and help people from Feb. 1st to April 15th.


Positions available: Client Facilitators, Interpreters (Arabic, Cantonese, Korean, Farsi, French, Mandarin, Russian, Spanish, Somali, Vietnamese, just to name a few)  and Tax Counselors.  


Enjoy flexible hours and choose from 50 locations in Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington counties. 


Our volunteers are compassionate individuals who enjoy working with people from different backgrounds and cultures. They care about social justice, maintain the strict confidentiality and protect the security of all taxpayers information and records at all times.

Orientation: Multiple dates November 2nd - December 9th (One orientation session required)


Training: December 9th - January 16th. Flexible for all schedules. A total of six sessions. Class A and class E required to be in person. The rest could be completed online. Must pass a certification exam (open book). Lab and permanent support available.


Sites Operations: February 1st - April 15th


Choose from 50 locations in Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington counties.
