I Opening and closing CCM lobby.
Check bathrooms daily at beginning and end of shift
Straighten lobby as needed
II Client Registration
Greet Clients and ask them to complete registration forms

III Answers the Phones (In absence of a phone volunteer)
Provides information and takes messages for staff and volunteers
(See Phone SOP)
IV Assists Staff as needed and instructed with processing donations.
Opens mail and processes donations as instructed by Director
PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Registration volunteer acts as receptionist, answering the phone and greeting clients directs phone calls to the appropriate staff / volunteers and provides information to clients
Be knowledgeable of the Ministry’s operations and must be able to convey an attitude of “patience, grace and competent compassion’, as each client is greeted and eachcall is answered.
An experienced volunteer/staff will train the new volunteer. The supervisor will also provide on-going training.
