The Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation needs volunteers to help ensure the Greater Boston Take Steps Walk runs smoothly. Volunteers are the heroes behind the scenes working hard to create engaging, exciting, and meaningful experiences on event day. Their dedication and commitment are unwavering. Without our volunteers, we could not provide the highest level of support that the Maine IBD community deserves.

There are many opportunities to volunteer at this year’s Maine Take Steps Walk. This year’s Greater Boston Take Steps Walk is on Saturday, June 8th at Northpoint Park in Cambridge, MA. We are looking for 100+ volunteers to help with various roles throughout the day, including: set-up, break-down, face painting, registration, kid’s activities, photography, greeting participants, etc. There is truly something for everyone who wants to get involved, and we offer both short and longer shifts for your scheduling needs on that day. If you have any questions or would like to sign up, please contact Colleen Marfione, Walk Director, at: cmarfione@crohnscolitisfoundation.org or sign up online: https://online.crohnscolitisfoundation.org/site/TR?pg=informational&fr_id=8152&type=fr_informational&sid=4063
