Forests Forever is an environmental nonprofit based in Berkeley whose mission is to protect and enhance the forests and wildlife habitat of California through educational, legislative, and electoral activities.
We are currently looking for enthusiastic, responsible volunteers to perform various administrative and campaign-related tasks. These tasks include data entry, pledge processing and charging, database management, and other office duties.
Volunteers should be able to commit to 10-15 hours a week during our office hours between 9am-5pm for a minimum of three months, and will receive on-the-job training, support and supervision, and valuable work experience. Volunteers will also have the opportunity to learn more about California’s forests and strategies in fighting to protect them, as well as learn about the legislative process and environmental/conservation issues.
