My Sister's Keeper Success Institute, Inc. (MSKSI) is a STEAM Mentoring and Personal Development Program for girls in under-represented groups ages 12-18. STEAM integrates the ARTS as a teaching tool for STEM, Science, Technology, Engineering and Math. Our mission is to inspire girls and young women to be bold, confident world changers through STEM/STEAM career exploration & mentoring, educational planning, and personal growth & development.


My Sister's Keeper Success Institute, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced, deadline-driven individual to join our team as a part time Events and Fundraising Coordinator. In this role, you will plan and coordinate fundraising events, research and write grants, and cultivate relationships with current and potential donors to help promote MSKSI mission. Our ideal candidate has outstanding time management experience, excellent writing and editing skills, and thrives working independently with minimal supervision.


The Fundraising Coordinator is responsible for gathering voluntary contributions of money or other resources, by requesting donations from individuals, businesses, charitable foundations, or governmental agencies, to include crowd funding. The candidate works closely with the Executive Director and Marketing Coordinator to ensure timely raising of funds to support key events, programs and initiatives. Actively networks in the business community, particularly STEM industries, to raise awareness of programs and opportunities to support students with an interest in becoming emerging industry professionals.
