Description


Mount Sinai Beth Israel Victim Services Program is seeking compassionate and caring people to volunteer and support survivors of sexual and intimate partner violence in the Emergency Room after business hours.

Volunteers must be 21 years of age, live within a 30-minute cab ride to the hospital, and commit to one year of service to the program. Volunteers must be able to attend our mandatory and FREE 40-hour training.


 


All sessions are mandatory in order to complete certification:

 

Saturday, January 26th, 10 am – 4 pm

Sunday, January 27th, 10 am – 4 pm

Saturday, February 2nd, 10 am -4 pm

Sunday, February 10th, 10 am – 4 pm

Sunday, February 24th, 10 am – 4 pm

Sunday, March 3rd, 10 am – 4pm

Tuesday, March 5th, 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm
