Description

If you're a hiker, biker, trail runner, or outdoor lover of any kind, you don't want to miss this! Join us on June 2nd from 9am - 12pm at Fletcher's Cove for our annual celebration of National Trails Day — the American Hiking Society's annual tribute to the trails where we love to hike, bike, and run!

As the 9th most used National Park in the country, the C&O Canal is truly a local (and national) treasure. Grab a friend and get your hands dirty for clean water and clear trails!

Join Potomac Conservancy as we do our part to clean up the river and keep the Potomac's trails clear as part of this national day of service.

Together we'll ensure this local treasure remains a great place to bike, hike, paddle, and fish.

  • Close-toed shoes
  • A smile!

What we provide:

Everything else!

All tools, drinking water, and supplies will be provided by Potomac Conservancy. And just because you took a stand for clean water, stick around for a special treat afterwards!

How to get there:

We know that Fletcher's Cove can be a bit tricky to get to, so please take a moment to visit our directions page for the best routes and parking information (you'll need to scroll halfway down the page).
