Path Group is in the process of launching their Leaders with Lived Experience (LLE)

Programme in the Bay Area – starting with San Francisco and Oakland cities.

Volunteers have helped complete Phase 1 of the project by preparing the funding

pitch for LLE. Path Group need help with their current website to be updated and

to market the LLE programme on social media platforms like FB, Twitter and

LinkedIn. We need someone who wants to help Path build an exciting and

innovative approach to social media and our internet strategy.

Advance Social Innovation is looking for

Web Design and developer- who can help update the Path Group website by helping add new components to SquareSpace templates and use the Developer template to code new components using JSON and LESS CSS templates. We want someone who can help us think through our positioning and how we present and communicate ourselves.

Help update the Path Group website - www.pathgroup.co - to add some academic advisors, and project case studies. Customize the site to track project progress updates and analytics effectively.

Re-design site architecture to incorporate, available Square Space template components and design and code new components with SquareSpace Developer platform customizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JSON/LESS CSS templates and build custom components.

Execute all visual design stages from concept to construction. Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to communicate interaction and design ideas.

Skills and qualifications required:

Web Design & development – Demonstrated experience programming in HTML and JavaScript. Design stylesheets, customize CSS and familiarity with databases like MySQL with some experience in SQL, No SQL. Some experience with Web services, API Integration, Reporting services, data analytics and BI tools.

Content Management Systems – SquareSpace, WordPress, GoDaddy

Should be able to work independently with min supervision – be able to prioritise tasks and work on tight deadlines.

Ideally has worked as a freelance programmer or has similar volunteer experience.

Should have coding experience in HTML and JavaScript.

Design stylesheets and customize CSS using design tools like Adobe Creative suite or similar freeware tools.

Demonstrated experience with databases like MySQL with some experience in SQL, No SQL.

Some experience with Webservices, API Integration, Reporting services, data analytics and BI tools.

Should be confident working on Developer templates and tools - JSON and LESS CSS.
