Description

Responsibilities:

  • Regularly update/monitor UPchieve’s social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
  • Find and/or create new ed-tech related content to post or share on our social media accounts several times a week
  • Create and implement social media marketing campaigns to increase awareness of UPchieve and expand our online following
  • Create and implement recruitment strategies targeting both students and volunteers using our social media platforms
  • Help to increase UPchieve’s online presence through implementation of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies


Qualifications:

  • Highly creative
  • Passionate about UPchieve’s mission and the nonprofit / ed-tech space, able to convey this enthusiasm through posts
  • Good attention to detail and writing skills (especially grammar and spelling)
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • (Bonus) Prior experience managing social media
